Halle Berry and Fergie will be presented with awards for their contribution to perfume at the FiFi Celebrity Fragrance Awards later this month..Halle Berry will be honoured at the FiFi Celebrity Fragrance Awards.
The ceremony, organised by theFragrance Foundation, is highly regarded as the perfume industry's answer to the Oscars. The Foundation chooses one celebrity each year that has especially contributed to attracting shoppers to the industry.
The Hollywood actress, who is the creator of three successful fragrances, is being commended for her scent Reveal and will be presented with the Fragrance Celebrity of the Year award.
Halle entered the fragrance world two years ago with her signature scent Halle by Halle Berry. In 2010 Pure Orchid and Reveal were unveiled to great success. The stunning star is passionate about her lucrative beauty venture.
'For years I have created my own personal scents by mixing and layering fragrances, trying to come up with something unique and different,' she said in a statement. 'It's a wonderful form of self-expression and I am thrilled to share these fragrances with consumers worldwide.'
The stunning star will receive the award at a ceremony on May 25 in New York.
Singer Fergie is being presented with the New Fragrance Celebrity of the Year award for her scent Outspoken while creator Jean Paul Gaultier will also be in attendance to receive his Hall of Fame gong.
