Katy Perry appealed for her fans to sing louder at her Jersey show as she’s struggling with a sore throat.

The 26-year-old songstress has revealed the 121-date show has finally taken its toll on her vocal chords, and she was suffering with a sore throat ahead of her performance in Jersey last night.
'Jersey! I'm not feeling too well today, Dr. said it's strep, but I'm not canceling... Just means ur gonna have to sing LOUD tonight. Deal? (sic)' she wrote on her Twitter page yesterday.
Katy insists the show will go on. The stunning star says the doctor has prescribed her with medication she hopes will see her through her show tonight.
'After a cocktail of prescribed drugz I think I'ma be able to fist pump my way through tonight... ' she added.
The California Dreams Tour is the second worldwide concert tour by Katy, which is in support of her third studio album Teenage Dream. It began in February of this year and will visit Europe, Australasia, Asia and the Americas. (C) Cover Media
